It's mentioned as the Pune Tallest Luxury Tower, which is a bit of a draw. However, the construction is still under way, with completion expected in December 2029, so it's a long wait. The location in Koregaon Park Annexe is good, but traffic can be a bit of a nightmare during peak hougetting into the main city.
