    This is my fit property purchase, a residential plot of 320 sq.ft in Mantra Essence Phase 5. I was drawn to the project because it's ready to move in and located in Undri, on Pisoli Road. The amenities like a swimming pool and gymnasium are attractive. I like that the developer, Mantra Properties, has focused on water conservation and smart rainwater harvesting. It’s also reassuring that there is 100% generator backup. However, the distance to Pune Railway Station Metro Station is quite far, over nearby, which might be an issue for commuting. The plot size is small but sufficient for my initial investment. I am cautiously optimistic about this new chapter.

The proximity to EuroSchool Undri, nearby, was a major factor in our decision. We do wish the developer had mentioned the OC status, but we are hopeful it's all in order.
