After retirement, I wanted a comfortable and secure place. Mantra Codename Akurdi Phase 2 seemed like a good option. They have excellent amenities like landscaping and tree planting, which makes the complex feel very green and pleasant. The 24/7 water supply is a must for me. The proximity to GOOD MORNING Super-Speciality Hospital is a huge relief, knowing medical help is so close. The 3 BHK configuration is more than I need, but it gives me space for guests. The price of 2.14 Crore onwards is what I expected for a property of this size and location in Pune. The only thing is the construction dust from nearby ongoing projects can be a little botheome on some days.

The location is convenient with Ashok Bus Stop just a minute away, making local travel easy for them. The price of 2.14 Crore onwards is within the range I had budgeted. The closed car parking is also a useful feature for their car. Mantra Properties has a good reputation.

I was looking for a ready-to-move place in Pune and found Mantra Codename Akurdi Phase 2. The 3 BHK flat size is quite generous, 892 square feet carpet area feels spacious enough for me. It's good that there's a gymnasium and a swimming pool within the complex, so I don't have to go far for my workouts. The location in Akurdi is also decent, with National Highway 65 nearby making commuting easier. The price is a bit high, starting at 2.14 Crore, but it's a ready property so I undetand. I do wish the internal roads within the complex were a little wider, parking can be a bit of a squeeze sometimes.
