    We chose Mantra 99 Riverfront A Building mainly because of its proximity to The Orchid School, which is nearby. My kids can easily walk to school. We are in a 3 BHK flat, built-up area is 939 sq.ft, which gives us enough room. The developer, Mantra Properties, has provided Recreation Facilities which the children enjoy. Having 24x7 Water Supply and Storm Water Drains is also a big plus, especially during monsoons. The only downside we've noticed is the traffic on the main road leading to Baner, especially during peak hou, which can make commuting a bit challenging. Otherwise, the complex itself is peaceful.
