The price was 62 Lakhs, quite reasonable for the Baner area. I appreciate the Yoga / Meditation Area and the Reading Lounge provided within the complex; it's perfect for my daily routine. The cycling and jogging track is also a good facility to stay active. While the location is good, the road leading to the building can get a bit congested during peak hou, which is a minor concern.
