We were looking for a spacious home near good schools for our children, and Manbhum Oakwood fit the bill. Jubilee Hills Public School is just a little over 2 kilometeaway, which is fantastic. We opted for a 3 BHK apartment, which has a built-up area of 1460 square feet, giving us plenty of room. The children's play area within the complex is also a big hit with our kids. It felt like a good investment for our family’s future. The development by Manbhum Construction Company Pvt Ltd seems solid. The only drawback we've noticed is that the landscaping is still developing, so there's some dust from ongoing minor work sometimes.

The location in Jubilee Hills is also quite central. My only minor issue is that sometimes the traffic on the main road can be a little heavy during peak hou, but that’s typical for this area.
