After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place to settle down. Manas Ashmit Residency in Undri offered a 2 BHK flat of 810 sq.ft built up, which is quite large for just two of us. It’s ready to move, which saved us a lot of hassle. The Undri Gaon Bus Stop is conveniently located at nearby, making local travel easy. We liked that it’s not directly on the main road, so it’s quieter. The price was around 28.35 Lakhs for the 2 BHK, which felt reasonable for the size and location. My only worry is the dust from ongoing development in the wider Undri area, but hopefully that will settle down over time. The builde, Manas Construction, seem reputable.
