We chose Mananya Keshav Vihar because it’s close to the Ring Road and Koradi Road, making travel easier. Our 2 BHK is 890 square feet and cost us about 19.8 Lakhs. It's ready to move in, which was a huge factor with two kids. The children's play area is definitely a big plus for them. The only thing is that the traffic on Koradi Road can get a bit heavy during peak hou, which is a minor concern. We also noticed some dust from ongoing construction nearby, but hopefully, that will settle down. Overall, the layout is practical, and the gym is useful for us.
