Relocating to Nashik for work at Apollo Hospitals meant finding a place quickly. Malati Manohar Apt was a perfect find as it is ready to move and close to my new workplace. The 2 BHK apartment offea comfortable 625 sq.ft carpet area. The location in Mhasrul Gaon provides decent connectivity via the nearby Mhasrul-Adgaon Road and Waravandi Road. The initial price of 27.5 Lakh onwards was acceptable. Satish Manohar Deshpande’s project is well-constructed, and the electrical meter room is a practical addition. The Bhaktidham Bus Stop being a short distance is also a plus for family visits.
