I am buying this apartment in Malak Maruti Luxuria for my parents who are residing in Ahmedabad. The project is ready to move, which is perfect as I don't want them to wait. The location in Vastral, Janta Nagar offegood access to essential services. Health1 Super Speciality Hospital is very close by, which is important for their well-being. The 2 BHK configuration with a built-up area of 513 square feet should be comfortable for them. I am also pleased with the amenities provided, such as the lift, 24X7 water supply, and the gated community aspect for security. Landscaping and tree planting add a nice touch.

My partner and I were looking for something ready to move, and Malak Maruti Luxuria fit the bill. We liked the 2 BHK configurations, especially the 547 square feet built-up area option which felt spacious enough for us. Being close to the Vastral Gam Metro Station, nearby, makes commuting to work so much easier. We also appreciated the amenities like the lift and ample car parking available. Vaidahi Flats, can be a little narrow and sometimes congested during peak houOtherwise, the amenities like a senior citizen siteout and street lighting are well-maintained.
