    I purchased a 2 BHK flat in Majestic Pride for my parents who are staying in Pune. The size is 1028 sq.ft and the price was around 45 Lakh. Since it is ready to move, they could shift in immediately. The developer, Majestic BuildeAnd Develope, delivered on time. The location is convenient, with St. VIEW INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL and Satyanand Hospital very nearby. Having 24X7 water supply and lifts is essential for elderly residents. The gymnasium and closed car parking are also good amenities. My parents are happy with the spaciousness of the flat. The only slight concern is that the OC was not available, which makes me a bit uneasy about future resale value, though for parents it is fine.

The 24X7 water supply is a big plus for me as I live alone. I hope the maintenance charges are not too high.
