Buying a house for my parents while staying abroad was a big decision, but choosing Maia Pelican Grove made the process easier since the units are ready to move. We picked the 3083 Sq.ft layout because the floor plan looked very practical. My parents really appreciate the landscaping and tree planting done around the building as it gives a peaceful vibe. I was worried about their safety, but the 24x7 security and the fire fighting system installed in the building gave me a lot of confidence in Maia Estate LLP P. The only small issue my father mentioned is that the visitor parking gets crowded on weekends, making it slightly difficult for guests to find a spot near the building entrance.

I moved into Maia Pelican Grove recently and the space is quite impressive for a single peon. The 4 BHK apartment gives me plenty of room to set up a home office. Maia Estate LLP P has done a great job with the gymnasium and the swimming pool, which I use every morning before starting work. The location in Nehru Nagar is decent, although the traffic near Jakkur can get quite heavy during the peak office houThe security here feels very reliable with the 24x7 CCTV surveillance and the video door security system. It is definitely a high end project in North Bangalore, and while the price tag is around 3.82 Crore, the facilities provided make it a comfortable place to live long term. Just wish there were more cafes within walking distance from the main gate.

We shifted here primarily because EuroSchool North Campus is so close by, which saves us a lot of travel time for the kids every single day. The 4 BHK flat provides plenty of space for the entire family to spread out. Our children are already loving the swimming pool and the dedicated kid's pool area. Maia Estate LLP P has also provided a robust 24x7 security setup and intercom system which makes us feel very safe. Being in Jakkur, we have easy access to the main roads. We have lived here for a few months now and find the lifestyle quite convenient. Everything from the gym to the landscaping is maintained well by the management. I was impressed by the amenities like the cricket pitch and the table tennis room in the club house. Maia Estate LLP P has been quite helpful throughout the buying process. The building is located in Nehru Nagar, North Bangalore, which is a growing part of the city. My only slight concern is that the nearest metro station at Yeshwanthpur is quite far away, so you definitely need a car to get around. However, the 24x7 water supply and the lift services are working perfectly since I moved in last month.
