The 2952 square feet size is very spacious and offea luxury feel that is hard to find these days. I really liked the inclusion of a yoga and meditation area in the plan because I prioritize my health. The project by Maia Estate LLP P feels promising. Although the completion date is set for July 2030, which feels like a long wait, I am confident about the quality. The nearby Aster CMI Hospital is a big relief for future emergencies. Accessing the main roads is relatively easy from here. I am looking forward to seeing the construction progress in the coming months.

Our kids are growing up fast and we needed more space, so the 2952 square feet unit here was perfect for our needs. Maia Pelican Gardens has a lovely board games room and an outdoor area which will keep the children busy during evenings. It is quite close to the N. E. S Bus Stop, making it accessible even if we do not use the car. The project is being handled by Maia Estate LLP P and they have been quite professional during our site visits. We have some reservations about the long construction timeline ending in July 2030, but the size of the apartment makes it worth the wait. The neighborhood is quiet and safe which is exactly what we wanted for our family.

We just finalized our unit at Maia Pelican Gardens last week. Being a young couple working in IT, the layout of the 4 BHK apartment really caught our eye, especially the 2850 square feet carpet area which is massive compared to what we have seen in North Bangalore. Maia Estate LLP P seems to have planned the project well with modern amenities like a steam room and sauna bath which we are excited about. It is currently under construction so we have to wait until July 2030 to move in. The location is convenient enough for our daily commute. We are a bit worried about the construction dust and noise since we visit the site frequently, but that is expected in this area. Hoping the final delivery matches the vision they showed us during the initial site visit.

I invested in Maia Pelican Gardens mainly due to the reputation of Maia Estate LLP P and the massive 2893 square feet floor plan of the 4 BHK units. Having a dedicated gym and swimming pool on the premises is essential for me as I find it hard to find time for external clubs. Being located near Hare Krishna Road gives it decent connectivity to other parts of North Bangalore. The project is still under construction and expected to be finished by July 2030. My only concern is that the parking layout feels a bit complicated for visitoOtherwise, the design looks solid. It is a good choice if you are looking for a long term asset in this specific part of the city.
