That’s incredible. We are looking at the larger 3 BHK flats, the 1675 square feet one, because we need extra space. The kids will love the designated play areas, though that wasn't explicitly listed, I'm assuming it's there. Medicover Hospitals being right next door at nearby is also a huge relief for any emergencies. Mahitha Developeseem to be building a solid project. The only small concern is the traffic during peak houin Madhapur, but that’s common for this part of Hyderabad. Power backup is a must, and they have that.
