The proximity to Vakratunda Hospital Private Limited, a short distance, was a major deciding factor for me. The 1 BHK flat is 592 Sq.ft carpet area, which is comfortable for a single peon. I appreciate the provision for Water Conservation and Rain water Harvesting. The area seems to be developing well. My only slight concern is that the nearby road can get busy, and finding parking sometimes feels a bit challenging if friends visit.
