The project also offeultra modern amenities like landscaped gardens and a swimming pool. I am happy with the gym facilities too. The only small issue is the parking; closed car parking is available, but it can get a bit tight if you have a larger vehicle. Still, overall, it feels like a good start.

My only concern is the construction dust from ongoing developments nearby, which is noticeable sometimes. Otherwise, it's a good place.
