    I was looking for a 2 BHK in Mahikas Anidar. The built-up area for the 2 BHK is between 1135 Sq.ft and 1379 Sq.ft. The price for the smaller configuration is around 44.27 Lakh, which felt a bit high for the initial stages, but the builder, PMR Infra Develope, has a decent reputation. It's good that they have a Gymnasium and ample Car Parking space. The location in Kollur is okay, being a short distance Samashti International School and close to Nagalapalli Railway Station. The main draw is the easy access to the ORR, a short distance. The project is under construction, expected to finish by August 2026. I wish the rooms felt a little larger for the price, but the overall design is practical. The 24x7 CCTV Surveillance provides some peace of mind.
