The completion date was December 2019, which is quite some time back, so we were confident about the construction quality. The location in Chhani, near Chhani Jakat Naka, is convenient for commuting. The Aadicura Supepeciality Hospital is right at nearby, which is a huge plus for us. The Eugene Dwar is also at nearby. We are looking for a peaceful place to settle down after retirement. The area seems to be developing well, and the proximity to the Chhani Bridge is useful for weekend outings.
