The children's play area is a definite plus, and it's close to VSS International Public School, only a short distance which is super convenient. The hospital is also nearby, which gives us peace of mind. The price for the 3 BHK was around 50 Lakh, which was within our budget. Being ready to move in was also a major factor for us. The cycling and jogging track is something we look forward to using on weekends. The size of the rooms feels adequate for our needs.
