The proximity to Mysore Road at nearby is helpful for my daily commute. I opted for a 2 BHK which has a built-up area of 1008 square feet. The presence of a lift and power backup is essential, and thankfully, they are available. Amit Properties is a known developer, so that added some trust. However, the construction dust on site was quite noticeable during my visit, which is a common issue in developing areas but still a slight inconvenience. The security measures are also quite robust, which is important.
