I specifically looked for a ready-to-move property from Mahaveer Group, and this project fit the bill. They are enjoying the swimming pool and the gymnasium. The 3 BHK flat is about 1766 square feet, which is a good size for them. My only concern was the distance to the Konanakunte Cross Metro Station, which is around 2.5 kilometeI hope they don't have to travel there often. They do appreciate the 24/7 water supply and the general security of the building. It gives me peace of mind.

The project by Mahaveer Group has excellent amenities, especially the gymnasium and the swimming pool, perfect for unwinding after long shifts. I chose a 3 BHK flat, approximately 2440 square feet, offering ample space. The proximity to Narayana E-Techno School (around 1.9 kilomete) is also a bonus, although not directly relevant to me now. The construction seems solid, and the ready-to-move status was very convenient for my relocation. The water softener plant is a thoughtful addition.

I bought a 4 BHK unit in Mahaveer Sitara for my family. The built-up area is 2440 square feet, which is very large and perfect for us. The project by Mahaveer Group is ready to move, which was a major factor. We liked the elevated viewing deck and the mini forest view – it's quite calming. However, the distance to Apollo Hospitals Bannerghatta is about 6.3 kilomete, which is a bit further than ideal if there's an emergency. Still, the overall quality and the amenities like the multipurpose room and spa make it a good choice for family living. The kids enjoy the play area too.
