Moving from a rental was a big step, and Mahaveer Rich seemed like a good option. We got a 3 BHK which is about 1289 sq.ft, giving us much more space. The apartment is Vastu compliant, which was important to us. We looked at the amenities, and the gymnasium and community hall are definite pluses for us. It's been ready to move for a while now, and the develope, Mahaveer Group, have been around for a long time. The proximity to Daffodils International School, just a 2-minute drive, is perfect for our kids. We are still settling in but it feels like a good community.
