We were looking for a ready-to-move-in place in Bengaluru and J K Subram Enclave fit the bill. The 2 BHK flats are around 1096 to 1173 square feet, which felt spacious enough for us. The price range of 33.43 Lakh to 35.78 Lakh was also within our budget. The location in Jalahalli West is decent, close to the NH48 highway which is good for commuting. We liked the children's play area and the fact that it has a sewage treatment plant. Subram BuildeBangalore seems to have provided the basic amenities we needed. The only downside is the traffic noise from the nearby highway sometimes, but we are getting used to it.
