    I purchased a 2 BHK apartment at Mahaveer Jewel, measuring 1156 Sq.ft, for an investment. The budget was around 71.09 Lakhs. JP Nagar is a developing area in Bangalore with good rental potential. The project is ready to move, which means I could start earning rental income immediately. Mahaveer Group is a known developer in the city. The amenities like car parking and lift services are standard. The spectacular view of the national park is a good selling point for future tenants. The main concern for investohere might be the slightly older completion date of June 2010, but the location holds its value. I am expecting good returns on this property.

JP Nagar Phase 5 is a decent locality. The project is ready to move which was a big plus for us as we wanted to settle in quickly. They have good amenities like a gymnasium and a clubhouse which we will definitely use. The view of the national park from some of the apartments is quite spectacular. Mahaveer Group has been responsive to our queries. The only slight concern is the traffic during peak houon the main road near JP Nagar. It can get a bit congested.

We bought a 2 BHK apartment with a built-up area of 1400 Sq.ft. The price was in the higher range, around 90 Lakhs, but we felt it was worth it for the location and the amenities. The project was completed in June 2010, so it’s a well-established building. We liked the 24x7 water supply and the community hall. The developer, Mahaveer Group, has delivered many projects. The only issue we faced was finding parking for visito, it can be a bit challenging sometimes. Otherwise, we are happy with our decision.
