We finally bought our fit home at Mahaveer Castle. It's a 2 BHK flat with built up area of 975 square feet. The location in JP Nagar 7th Phase seemed good for us. We visited the project site last week and it felt quite settled. The construction is from 2005, so it's not brand new but it looks well maintained. There's a children's play area which is important for us as we plan to start a family soon. Also the swimming pool and gymnasium are good amenities. We are a bit concerned about the traffic on the main road during peak hou, but inside the apartment complex it seems quiet. Overall we feel it was a good decision for our fit property.

We chose Mahaveer Castle because of its location and amenities for families. It's in JP Nagar 7th Phase, Bangalore, and importantly, Narayana E-Techno School is nearby. We are looking at a 3 BHK flat which is 1500 square feet built up, giving enough room for our kids. The project has a children's play area and a swimming pool, which the kids are very excited about. The 24x7 security is also a big relief for us. The project was completed some time ago, in December 2005, but it seems to be holding up well. The only slight drawback is the distance to the metro station, which is around 3.7 kilomete, making daily commutes a bit longer if relying on public transport.

Being a government employee, stability and timely delivery are important, and the project was completed in December 2005. The amenities like visitor parking and 24x7 security are essential. It's close to Banashankari Metro Station, about 3.7 kilometeaway, which is convenient for commuting. The apartment complex has multiple lifts and good power backup. The only minor issue is that finding parking can sometimes be a challenge if you have guests visiting frequently.
