Finally decided to buy my fit apartment at Mahanagar Shaila Residency. The 747 square feet 1 BHK seems like a good starting size for me and the price of 21.29 Lakh was within my budget. It's ready to move which is a huge plus, I don't want to wait anymore. The location in Narendrapur is quite convenient, close to NSC Bose Road. I visited the site and liked the landscaping. The basic amenities like 24x7 water supply and security are present. My only worry is that the area can get a bit crowded during peak hou, but overall I think it's a decent fit investment.

The only downside is the traffic on Narendrapur main road during school drop-off and pick-up times can be quite bad.
