The gymnasium is a definite plus for staying fit without leaving the complex. We also liked the children's play area, even though we don't have kids yet, it adds to the community feel. The location in JP Nagar is quite convenient for us as we work in the IT corridor. The nearby Narayana Nethralaya is also useful. Power backup is essential in Bangalore, so that's good. Parking seems a bit limited though, we need to confirm.
