Relocating to Ahmedabad for work at Narayana Hospital, I needed something close by and ready to move into. Mahadev Imperial's location on RTO Road, close to the hospital and Nirant Cross Road Metro Station, is perfect. The 2 BHK, 1260 sq.yd., offegood ventilation and practical space utilization, which I appreciate. Being a gated community provides peace of mind. The fire sprinkleand fire fighting system are reassuring safety features. The only slight issue is that the traffic on RTO Road can get quite busy during peak hou, but it’s manageable given the proximity to my workplace.

My husband and I are teache, and we were tired of paying rent. We decided to upgrade to a 2 BHK at Mahadev Imperial. The super builtup area is 1260 sq.yd., and the vitrified flooring and granite kitchen platform give it a good finish. It’s a ready to move property, so we can shift soon. We liked the idea of the club house and indoor games for relaxation after work. The location in Vastral is convenient, with school and hospital nearby. Finally bought my fit flat at Mahadev Imperial in Vastral. It's a ready to move property which was important for me. The 1260 sq.yd. Size for the 2 BHK felt pretty good, and the kitchen platform is granite which is nice. I liked that it's a gated community with 24X7 water supply. The location on RTO Road is decent, close to the S. P. Ring Road. My only small worry is that the construction dust from nearby sites can be a bit much sometimes. Otherwise, the salespeon seemed helpful and explained everything clearly. It felt like a solid fit investment.

Super builtup area, offeplenty of space for our growing family. It’s a ready to move project, so the transition will be smooth. The availability of a gymnasium and amphitheater are nice perks for the community. We also appreciate the 24X7 water supply and the gated community aspect for safety. The connectivity to BRTS and metro is a bonus for commuting. The only minor drawback is that the surrounding area still has some ongoing construction, leading to occasional dust.
