We recently moved into Mahadeo Om Skylark and are quite happy with our 3 BHK apartment. The size is around 1617 sq.ft, which gives us enough room to work from home and relax. The Children's Play Area is fantastic for our little one, and the Swimming Pool is great for weekend unwinding. Proximity to Kendriya Vidyalaya Cossipore, which is nearby, was a major deciding factor for us. The apartment feels secure with the 24x7 CCTV Surveillance. While the price point was at the higher end, around 1.85 Cr for our unit, we feel it's justified by the quality and location. The landscaping adds a nice green touch to the surroundings.

However, the traffic noise from Barrackpore Trunk Road can be noticeable at times, especially during peak hou, which is a bit of a drawback. Otherwise, the apartment layout is good.
