It’s a ready-to-move property, which is ideal for rental income potential. The location has decent connectivity to Dum Dum Road and Northern Ave. Dhoot RealtoPvt. Ltd. Seems like a reliable developer. The project offecar parking and a jogging track. While the price is on the higher side of the range, the size and ready-to-move status justify it for an investment. The completion date was June 2014, so it's been around for a bit.
