The ready-to-move status is always a positive for immediate returns or occupancy. The amenities like valet parking and fire sprinkleare good features. The location in Sector 44, Noida, is well-connected, with the Delhi Noida Direct Flyway nearby. However, I noticed the OC received status was not available, which is something to consider for future resale value. Magic Villa Buildwell built this project back in 2015.
