We have been living in Express Green for about six months now. The 2 BHK flat we purchased is quite spacious, measuring 1275 square feet, which gives us ample room. The amenities are good, especially the swimming pool and the gymnasium which I use regularly. It's a gated community with 24/7 CCTV surveillance, which offepeace of mind. The landscaping is well-maintained, making the surroundings pleasant. The only minor inconvenience is the traffic on the main road during peak hou, but within the community, it is quiet. Express Buildehave kept the common areas clean. Overall, it's a comfortable place to retire.

The only thing I found slightly less satisfactory was the limited options for immediate bank financing related to this specific project.
