The location on Koradi Road, Zingabai Takli is accessible and not too far from places they frequent. It being ready to move meant they could shift in without much delay after I finalized the deal. They appreciate the landscaping and the general upkeep of the common areas. Having a hospital and school nearby also gives me peace of mind.

  I decided to buy a 3 BHK apartment in Madhur Heights for my retirement yeaThe 848 sq.ft carpet area provides plenty of room. Madhur Realtech delivered this ready to move project back in June 2016. The location in Zingabai Takli on Koradi Road is reasonably well-connected. The provision for closed and open car parking is useful. My only small concern is the access road; it's a bit narrow for about 200 mete, which can be tricky sometimes, especially with more traffic.

The basic amenities like parking are available. One thing I noticed is that the road leading to the main Koradi Road can get a bit congested during peak hou, which is a minor inconvenience for me.
