Our kids love it here in Madhav III I. Crystal Schools is literally 0 kilometeaway, which means no more stressful morning commutes for school drop-offs. We were looking for a 2 BHK and found the 411 square feet built-up area to be quite functional for our family of three. The 24x7 water supply and power backup are essential, and thankfully they are available. We were a bit worried about the construction quality, but it seems solid enough for now. The nearby Madhapar Chokdi Bus Stop is nearby, which is okay for occasional travel. The main concern is dust from nearby construction, but that should settle down.
