Settling into M2K The White House has been a pleasant experience. I chose a 3 BHK flat, approximately 1400 Sq.ft, in this ready to move property located in Sector 57, Gurgaon. The convenience of having Cloudnine Hospital in Sector 47 nearby is a significant advantage for us. The 24x7 water supply and power backup are crucial amenities that function well. Being part of a gated community with constant surveillance adds to the feeling of safety. While the overall construction quality seems good, I feel the internal finishes could have been a bit more premium for the price range of 1.91 Crore to 3.6 Crore.

The Sector 55/56 Metro Station Bus Stop is just a 6-minute drive away, making commuting easier for me when I need to travel across the city. The 24x7 water supply is reliable. The only minor drawback is that the car parking spaces can feel a little cramped if you have a larger vehicle.

The property is ready to move since 2009, which means I could have rented it out immediately. The built-up areas for 4 BHKs range from 2075 Sq.ft to 2550 Sq.ft, which are quite large. While the location is convenient with Souther Peripheral road nearby, the OC received status is not available which is a concern for future resale value. The M2K Group completed it on time though.
