My main concern is the long travel time to the Sector 55-56 Metro Station, which is nearby. This might limit rental appeal to those who don't own a car. However, with the overall growth trajectory of Sohna, I am optimistic about the long-term returns. The plot sizes are reasonable.

It's under construction and expected to be completed by July 2028. M V Buildcon Private Limited is developing this project. It's good that Vardaan Hospital & Trauma Centre is nearby at nearby. However, the distance to the metro station is a considerable nearby, which is a bit inconvenient for someone who relies on public transport for longer commutes. The roads in the immediate vicinity could also be better maintained at this stage. I am hoping the infrastructure improves significantly before completion.

We have been renting for yeaand finally decided to buy a plot at M V Precore Greens in Sohna, Gurgaon. The option of a 1331 Sq.ft plot is appealing for future expansion. M V Buildcon Private Limited is the developer here. We checked their previous projects and they generally deliver on time. The completion is slated for July 2028. The hospital, Vardaan Hospital & Trauma Centre, is just nearby, which is convenient. However, the area is still under development and we anticipate some traffic issues getting in and out of Sector-7, especially during rush hour. Also, the price point might be a factor for some, though we found it acceptable.

Getting a plot here means our kids won't have to travel far for school. The plot sizes range from 829 Sq.ft to 1331 Sq.ft, and we are considering the larger one. The developer, M V Buildcon Private Limited, seems to be on schedule with construction, aiming for a July 2028 completion. While the proximity to the school is fantastic, the distance to the Sector 55-56 Metro Station is quite significant at nearby. This might make commuting for work a bit challenging. Overall, the location is good for schools though.
