This is my fit home purchase, and I chose M P Realty IV. The 2 BHK apartments look promising, with carpet areas ranging from 429 Sq.ft to 671 Sq.ft. I am considering a unit around 450 Sq.ft. The project is still under construction and scheduled for completion in May 2027. Narayana Hospital is very close, just nearby, which is a big relief for my family. The developer is Joyshankar Sarkar. I found the overall process quite smooth, although I am a bit anxious about the final handover. The pricing information was not available, but the location seems good for future appreciation.

We purchased a 3 BHK in M P Realty IV for our son. It is currently under construction and expected to be ready by May 2027. The available carpet areas for 3 BHKs are between 621 Sq.ft and 671 Sq.ft, so we picked one of the larger ones. The proximity to Narayana Hospital, which is nearby, was a major factor in our decision. Also, Gitanjali Metro Station is less than a kilometer away, making travel easy. Joyshankar Sarkar is the developer. While the location is good, the approach road to the project site is a bit narrow, which could be an issue for larger vehicles or during peak houHowever, the living space itself is quite adequate for our needs.

The proximity to Maharishi Vidya Mandir School, a short distance, and Gitanjali Metro Station at nearby, makes it attractive for renteThe location is generally good, but traffic near the Naktala area can get quite heavy during morning and evening commute times, which is something potential tenants and residents should be aware of. Overall, I feel it’s a promising investment given the location and connectivity. The area is developing nicely.

I finally decided to buy my own place in M P Realty IV. It is under construction right now, with completion expected in May 2027. The location in Naktala is quite convenient, especially since Maharishi Vidya Mandir School is only a 2-minute walk away, which is great for future planning. I looked at the 1 BHK configuration, which has a carpet area of 306 Sq.ft. It seems like a good size for a single peon. The metro station is also close by, about an 8-minute walk. I am a bit worried about the construction dust though, it’s quite noticeable when I visit the site. Joyshankar Sarkar is the developer. I hope they manage the site cleanliness well.

I am buying an apartment in M P Realty IV for my parents who live in Kolkata. They need to be close to good medical facilities, so the nearby distance to Narayana Hospital was very appealing. The project is under construction by Joyshankar Sarkar, with an expected completion date of May 2027. I am looking at a 2 BHK configuration, possibly around the 500 Sq.ft carpet area range. Gitanjali Metro Station being nearby is also a plus for their mobility. My main concern is being an NRI, I cannot oveee the construction progress regularly. I have to rely on online updates and my parents' occasional visits. I hope the quality matches expectations.
