Moving to M M Lake City feels like a nice change for my retirement yeaWe looked at the 3 BHK villa which ranges from 1500 Sq.ft to 1700 Sq.ft and found the layout quite functional for two people. M M Infra has promised amenities like a gazebo and landscaping which will be perfect for my morning walks. Being in Chanod Colony, it is quiet enough away from the city noise. I am a bit concerned about how far the nearest hospital is since it is over five kilometeaway at VIBRANT MULTI SPECIALITY HOSPITAL. I hope they provide a dedicated shuttle service for residents in the future to manage basic errands, as driving five kilometeevery day can get tiresome.

We really wanted a independent house for our children and M M Lake City offered exactly that with their 4 BHK villas. The 2200 Sq.ft size is plenty for our needs. My kids are already excited about the swimming pool and the children play area that M M Infra is building. It is a relief to have so much open space compared to our current apartment. The badminton court is another plus point that we plan to use regularly. My only small concern is that the Vapi Bus Stop is five kilometeaway, so we will definitely need two cato manage school runs and office commutes comfortably. Otherwise, the construction pace looks steady and the site seems promising.

I have been following the progress of M M Lake City for a while now. The project by M M Infra in Chanod Colony offea good variety of villa sizes from 1500 Sq.ft up to 2500 Sq.ft. I am particularly interested in the 3 BHK units. The proximity to the main area is acceptable, though it is not exactly in the city center. The amenities like the badminton court and club house are well placed within the layout. I did notice that the construction activity creates quite a bit of noise, but that is common for any under construction project. It seems like a decent place for a family to settle down if you are looking for more space and privacy than a traditional apartment complex.

While the location in Balitha seems decent for long term growth, I hope they focus on the road connectivity near the site because it feels a bit isolated right now. The inclusion of EV charging points is a forward thinking addition that might help with future resale value. If they maintain the timeline, this could be a solid addition to my portfolio. It is definitely not the cheapest option in the area, but the villa lifestyle has its own niche demand.

After yeaof living in rented flats, we finally booked a 3 BHK villa at M M Lake City. We visited the Balitha site multiple times to check the progress. M M Infra has included nice amenities like a gymnasium and tree planting which gives it a green feel. The 1700 Sq.ft space is a big upgrade for us. We are happy that we can finally have a private garden space for our plants. The project is under construction, and we are tracking the updates closely. It is great to see the villa concept coming up in Chanod Colony. Everything seems to be well planned for a gated community lifestyle. We hope the common maintenance remains affordable once the project is handed over to the residents.

Relocating to Vapi made me look for something premium, and M M Lake City caught my attention with its villa configurations. I visited the site in Balitha and liked the layout of the 4 BHK units. M M Infra seems to have planned the project well with a club house and a banquet hall for community events. It is a quiet location which is exactly what I wanted after long hospital shifts. However, the dust levels from the ongoing construction work are quite high right now, which is expected but still annoying. I am satisfied with the initial progress and looking forward to the completion of the gym and other sports facilities. It feels like a secure investment for my family.
