Dealing with M G BrotheAutomobiles Private Limited has been straightforward so far. I booked a plot at M G B Infinity Kakupalli 2 as it is situated in a prime location near TPCIL and Sembcorp. For a business owner like me, having a 24 by 7 water supply and a dedicated sub-station is a big relief. I have noticed that the site is well planned with landscaping and tree planting. My only concern is that the road connectivity right now is a bit narrow, which might lead to some traffic issues during peak houin the future. Hopefully, the local authorities will expand the access road soon. Otherwise, the project layout seems very professional and well thought out for the residents.

Choosing a quiet place for my post retirement life was my main priority and this project fits the bill perfectly. M G B Infinity Kakupalli 2 is located away from the city center, which ensures a pollution free environment. I really liked that they have planned a temple inside the complex. M G BrotheAutomobiles Private Limited has also promised an RO water system for the residents. The community is gated and will be secured 24 houa day, which is very important for me. The only minor issue is that the distance to the nearest main market is a bit far, so you definitely need your own vehicle for daily groceries and medicine runs. Overall, it is a very peaceful and clean neighborhood for senior citizens.

My wife and I visited M G B Infinity Kakupalli 2 last weekend to check out the plots. Being a gated community in a pollution free environment is exactly what we wanted for our future home. The developer, M G BrotheAutomobiles Private Limited, seems to have a clear plan for the electrification including transformeand solar energy setups which is impressive. However, the approach road is still a bit dusty because of the ongoing construction work in the surrounding area. We are hoping that once the project reaches completion, the internal infrastructure will be much better. It is a prime location for us since we need a peaceful place away from the main city noise. We are still comparing a few other options but this one is definitely on our list.

The site is located near Kakupalli and has basic facilities like a fire fighting system and proper electrification already being laid out. The club house plan looks good and will provide a nice space for social interaction. One thing I would say is that the project is currently in the construction phase, so there is quite a bit of noise from the earthmoveduring the day.
