    Looking at the available options in Nellore, I found the plot sizes at JNR Earth City quite flexible, ranging from 1104.7 square feet up to 4913 square feet. I chose a larger plot for investment purposes. Boyella Janardhan is managing the project and the plans for the sewage treatment plant and solid waste management look professional.
