Lvsr Cvr Enclave is a decent choice if you are looking for a ready to move option in this specific area of Kakinada. I visited the site at Ramanayapeta and the 595.89 square feet apartment is quite well ventilated. Lvsr Constructions has done a clean job with the finishing touches. I was happy to see the proximity to the main road to Pittapuram as it makes daily commuting much easier than staying deep inside narrow lanes. It is not exactly a high end luxury project, but it serves the purpose for a standard residential requirement. My only issue is that the parking space felt a bit tight when I checked it out, so I hope they manage it well once all families move in completely. Overall, it is a reliable property to own.
