The area is 1750 sq.ft and the price was approximately 66.5 Lakhs. I chose this project because it seemed like a good investment opportunity in Bangalore's K R Puram area. The possession was in 2014, so it's been a while. The project offegood amenities like a swimming pool, gymnasium, and car parking. The location in Ramamurthy Nagar is decent, with Gopalan National School a short distance, which is useful for families. I haven't faced any major issues so far.
