I bought a 2 BHK flat in LVR Garudadri for my parents who are settled in Hyderabad. They wanted something in Kukatpally, and this location in Adithya Nagar worked well. The flat size is 1200 sq.ft, which is comfortable for them. The project was completed in 2015, so it's an established building. My parents mentioned the lift is working fine, and they enjoy the landscaping. The price was about 55 Lakhs. They did mention that the parking can be a little cramped sometimes, especially if visitocome over. Other than that, they are quite happy.

We chose LVR Garudadri because it's quite close to Akshara International School, only nearby. That was a major factor for us. The 3 BHK flat we looked at was 1580 sq.ft, which gives our kids plenty of room to play. The area is Kukatpally, and the project itself has good landscaping. The swimming pool is also a big plus for the children. We purchased our flat about a year ago, and it was ready to move in. The price was around 65 Lakhs. My only concern is the traffic on Pragathi Nagar Road during peak houcan be quite heavy.

The price was about 50.4 Lakhs, which fit my savings. The project by LVR Balaji Constructions is ready to move in. I appreciated the tree plantation around the complex, it feels quite green. It's good that they have lifts, as I'm on the 4th floor. The main road access is okay, although you do have to take a smaller lane for a short distance. Overall, it feels like a good start for me.

After retiring, I wanted a comfortable home in a peaceful locality. LVR Garudadri in Adithya Nagar, Kukatpally seemed like a good fit. The 1200 sq.ft 2 BHK flat is just the right size for me and my wife. The project was completed in 2015 and has basic amenities like lifts and landscaping. The price was around 52 Lakhs, which felt reasonable for the area. The location is quite convenient, not too far from the main road. My only minor issue is the water pressure sometimes drops a bit, especially during peak usage times. It’s not a major problem though.

They offer 3 BHK flats ranging from 1580 sq.ft to 1650 sq.ft, with prices going up to 69.3 Lakhs. The project was completed back in 2015, so it's an older construction. The key amenities include a swimming pool and good landscaping. However, the OC received status is not available, which is a point of concern for due diligence. The proximity to KPHB Colony Metro Station is a plus for connectivity. It's a decent option if the OC issue can be clarified.

Getting to the hospital will be about a 20-minute drive from here, which is acceptable.
