The price of 32.82 Lakh for a 422 Sq.ft flat was perfect for my budget. Lunkad Builder seems to have delivered on time. The location near JSPM College is convenient. I liked the security features, especially the 24x7 CCTV Surveillance and video door security. The landscaping and tree planting add a nice touch to the surroundings. The only thing I am slightly worried about is the water pressure, as sometimes it can be an issue in Tathawade during peak summer usage, although they claim 24x7 water supply.
