    We bought a 3 BHK in Lunkad Akash ToweA and B. The size is good, between 711 and 770 square feet, offering enough space for our children. Pimple Nilakh in Pimpri Chinchwad is a developing area. The SNBP International School is nearby, which was a primary factor for us. The price for our unit was around 75 Lakh. Lunkad Builder developed this project, which is ready to move. We liked the community hall and the open parking options. The 24x7 water supply is also a relief. One thing that concerned us was the availability of OC, which is not clearly stated, and the distance to the Pimpri Railway Station at nearby is a bit far for us.
