The 2 BHK flats here are a good size, between 1000 and 1133 square feet, giving us enough room. We really liked the children's play area and the sports area, which will be great when we start a family. Being a gated community with 24x7 security was also a big plus for us. The landscaping is nice too. It was completed a while back, December 2009, but the construction still feels solid. The only downside is that the parking space feels a bit tight, especially if you have guests over.
