We chose Lotus Pearls for our family home. The location in Mamurdi, Pune, is excellent because S. B. Patil Public School is nearby, and Pawana Hospital is also right there. We bought a 2 BHK apartment, around 498 sq.ft, which is spacious enough for us. The price was about 44.82 Lakhs. The complex has a children's play area, which is great for our kids. The 24x7 security and water supply are reassuring. The spectacular view of the national park is a lovely bonus for weekend relaxation. However, the traffic on the nearby expressways during peak houcan be a bit much, but that's common in Pune.
