I was looking for a ready-to-move flat in Mangalore and found Lotus Dev. I chose a 2 BHK with a carpet area of about 981 square feet. It felt like enough space for one peon and occasional guests. Being right next to Indiana Hospital & Heart Institute is a huge plus for emergencies. It's also very close to the Old Bus Stand, making travel easy. The main reason I picked this project was its immediate availability. However, the traffic on MG Road during peak houcan be quite heavy. Also, finding parking for visitocan be a bit of a challenge. Still, the convenience of location outweighs these minor issues for my daily commute.

I bought a 2 BHK apartment in Lotus Dev for my parents who are living in Mangalore. They needed something ready to move into and close to essential facilities. The carpet area of 840 square feet is a good size for them. The location in Gandhinagar is excellent, with Indiana Hospital & Heart Institute and SHARADA VIDYALAYA right at nearby distance. This was a major factor for me as I wouldn't be there to oveee their medical needs. Connectivity via Kulur Ferry Road and MG Road is also convenient for them to get around. The only thing that concerned me a bit was the carpet size of 840 sq ft for a 2 BHK, it's on the smaller side compared to some other projects. However, for my parents' needs and the project being ready, it works well.

My main concern currently is the parking situation. It feels a little cramped, especially if you have guests with caApart from that, it's a comfortable living space.

The roads nearby like Kulur Ferry Road and MG Road provide decent connectivity. My only slight worry is the dust from ongoing construction on Pentland Pet Road, but that should settle down eventually. Overall, a good purchase for the convenience.

The proximity to SHARADA VIDYALAYA is also beneficial. Connectivity through Kulur Ferry Road and MG Road is reasonable. The only downside I've noticed is the noise level from the nearby roads, especially MG Road, can be a bit much sometimes. But for the convenience of being so close to my workplace, it’s a trade-off I'm willing to make.
