As a government employee, I look for reliability and value. IN Land Eon seemed like a good fit. It is ready to move, and the 2 BHK configuration we chose has a built-up area of 1315 square feet. The price was within our budget, around 60 Lakh. The location on Matadakani Road is decent, with access to essential services. The 24x7 water supply and power backup are crucial for uninterrupted living. The children's play area is well-maintained. The only drawback I've noticed is the construction dust from ongoing nearby developments, which can be a nuisance sometimes. However, the indoor quality is good.
