The price point around 95 Lakhs onwards seemed reasonable for the area, especially considering it's a Lotus Construction project. Proximity to Pashan Road and Mulshi Road is good for connectivity. I was particularly impressed with the landscaping and tree planting efforts, making the environment pleasant. The 24x7 security and power backup are essential features for any residential property, and they have these in place. Solid waste management is also handled well.
